We know plans change, and we want every Frutify experience to delight you! This policy ensures clarity and fairness while keeping our fruits, juices, and DIY kits fresh.

Important: We do not accept returns of fresh produce and DIY kits. However, we offer refunds for specific situations outlined below.

Order Cancellations

Scheduled Orders

Cancel at least 2 hours before your delivery slot for free.

Example: Mixed Fruit Juice Kit scheduled for 6 PM → cancel by 4 PM to avoid charges.
Express Orders

Cancel within 5 minutes of placing the order. After that, cancellations may not be possible.

Example: Fruit Mojito Kit for immediate delivery → cancel within 5 minutes if plans change.
Subscription Orders

Skip or cancel a delivery 24 hours before the scheduled date.

Note: Manage your subscription easily through your account dashboard.

Refunds

Eligible for Refund
  • Damaged items at delivery
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Spoiled or poor quality products
  • Missing items from order
Report immediately at delivery for fastest resolution
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Consumed or opened DIY kits
  • Tampered fruit products
  • Packed or dispatched orders
  • Change of mind after delivery
Note: Fresh products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
